You are ready! You have chosen your graduated sun glasses or your graduated glasses, and have adapted them to all your needs thanks to the different options that we offer. Now begins the process for the purchase of your glasses. Here is a simple guide of the steps to be followed, but if you have any doubts at any time you can get in touch with us for advice.
In the bottom of the screen "Customize your glasses" click on "Add to basket". A new page will show: "Get in my mind." It is time that if you have not registered already to do so. To do it click on "Register." Fill in the various boxes with all the information we need to make your order arrive properly. If you are already registered simply enter your e-mail address and password.
In either case you will end on the screen "What's in my basket?”. There you can verify the glasses you have chosen, its price, and IMPORTANT!, YOU’LL FIND THE PLACE WHERE TO INCLUDE YOUR GRADUATION. Without it, or we can not process your order and /or you could not follow the process. As you could see, you can place a graduation for each model of your choice and, in addition, access to the prescriptions you entered previously, which are stored in our database, that we can make assure you it is of the utmost security.
Once you have entered, confirm the date of your prescription, accept the terms and conditions and click on "save my prescription." You’ll be back in your “basket”. If you have any questions on how to fill your graduation consult "fill in your graduation”: instructions for your glasses to be what you want. It is important to know that there is no need to introduce your graduation to continue with your purchase. If at this point you do not have your prescription you can continue the buying process and incorporate the information in this same place on the day you have it. But until you do not fill your prescription your order will not be processed and we could not send you your glasses to see and therefore do not start counting down the delivery time for your Easyviz.
Once you provide your graduation or you have chosen to incorporate it at another time, you have, at the bottom, two options: you can "Continue Shopping" or you can "Validate baskets." If you have already finished your shopping, click on the second option.
You will enter on the "Data Submission", where you can see if the delivery address we know is correct, choose the mode of transportation that will be more satisfactory for you and enter any comments that you consider adequate to facilitate the delivery. Once that you have reviewed these items click on the "Continue the process of buying."
This will take you to your payment method. Pick the one that you prefer and click "continue".
As it indicates in the page that you have just opened, you are ready to buy. Review your personal information and then tell us if, once handled over your glasses, you want that one of our optical partners makes an individualized adjustment of your glasses view (see if this service is available in your country). Finally, "accept the conditions” and that’s it, confirm the order and it will be in our hands. Within given in the transportation time you have chosen, you will receive your Easyviz in the right place.
After confirming the order on the server will enter the payment method of your choice. Follow the instructions to provide your information and we will receive the payment confirmation. As soon as this process is concluded we will contact you via e-mail to confirm that the operation was successful and will give you all the details of your order.
